I’m 24 years old & have been in the care industry since leaving school,
I decided to go self employed after feeling I was always rushed & never seeing the same client twice some months. I preferred being able to take my time to understand & find your preferred ways, I feel like it makes my job & your life run much easier. I’ve learnt many skills & have a well rounded knowledge of the care world. My work age ranges from 2-92 with support work also being added to my skill set within the last 4 years. Even though I’m young I really do pride myself on giving off the best care I can I can take on any criticism & work with it. I have a son which is what I do this for, he makes me want to be a better person everyday! Even though I have my baby I’m still very much dedicated to my work life & still working 7 days a week.
